- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is requesting quotes to provide the following equipment. Equipment must be brand name or equal to the following: Item No. 1. Shure MX412D/C Microphones Table - 8 ea. Item No. 2. MAP RSH4A Rack Mount for JVC SR-TS-IU - 2 ea. Item No. 3. Gentner XAP800 Audio Matrix Mixer - 1 ea. Item No. 4. Gentner XAP TH2 Telephone Interface - 1 ea. Item No. 5. Toa L-01S Input Module - 1 ea. Item No. 6. Slye Custom Wall Plates (Lot) - 1 ea. Item No. 7. Sony EVI-D30 Camera Single Chip - 1 ea. Item no. 8. AMX AXT-CV10 Touch Panel, Color Video Power Tilt - 1 ea. Item No. 9. Extron 60-242-06, Crosspoint 1616HVA, 16X16 Wideband Matrix Switcher - 1 ea. Item No. 10. Polycom VS4000 Video codec - 1 ea. Item No. 11. Polycom QUAD BRI BRI Interface - 1 ea. Item No. 12. Polycom NT3 NT3 Interface. The equipment shall be shipped and installed by the contractor at 5100 Paint Branch Parkway, College Park, Maryland. There is also additional equipment already purchased that will need to be installed along with the equipment listed in this notice. To receive the listing of the already purchased equipment, please request via email to pwright2@CFSAN.FDA.gov. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this award. Fax responses are acceptable Fax (301) 436-2629 as well as Email: pwright2@CFSAN.FDA.gov. only All offerors are requested to respond with their written offered pricing and provide all data as requested not later than 3:00 pm (EST), August 1, 2003.
