Description

**DUE TO ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES, THE SOLICITATION FOR BASEWIDE PAVING WILL BE POSTED ON 23 OR 27 MAY 03. PLEASE CHECK THIS SITE PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. THANK YOU.** Provide paving services on Pope AFB, NC to include furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials for pavement work associated with the repair and construction of runways, taxiways, aircraft aprons, streets and parking lots; sidewalks; curb/gutters; landscaping; removal, cleanup and disposal of structures, and other work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 234110 and the size standard $27.5 million applies. Performance period is 1 Aug 2003 through 31 Jul 2004, plus four option years. This action is for 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The base year project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and each option year magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr2000.com/. Release of the solicitation will be via the Internet only. Interested parties may download the solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov; where it will be posted on or about, 23 or 27 May 2003. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The website at http://www.srcview.com/ contains SourceView Reader, the free program necessary to view and print drawings for this project.
