- THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS IS CHANGED TO JULY 24, 2003, AT 3:00 PM. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking a responsible Small Business to provide services to Develop, Implement, and Manage a Rural Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Technical Assistance Center (REMSTTAC). The NAICS code is 541611 with a small business standard of $6 million. The REMSTTAC will provide services to a range of rural EMS providers including HRSA grantees, State Offices of Rural Health, and their stakeholders, such as rural hospitals and their communities. The contractor shall develop and put in place the system and services for operations, and implement and manage the daily operations of the Center=s services. The Government anticipates awarding a contract with a one-year base, and three one-year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 5, 2003. It will be available at the Government website at www.fbo.gov in the Main Menu under HHS, Offices, Health Resources and Services Administration, Locations, Division of Grants and Procurement Management. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation.
