- NOTICE OF INTENT: The U.S. Customs Service (USCS) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Advanced Research & Applications Corporation (ARACOR) of Sunnyvale, CA for necessary maintenance, repairs and components to the ARACOR Eagle Model X-ray Equipment located in Miami, FL. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 10 USC 2304(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No telephone inquiries. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JAN-2003).
