- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wi= th the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15 and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number 673-57-03 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 561990 at $6 million.=20 Total Small Business Set-Aside. Provide document shredding services for the James A Haley Veterans Administration Hospital (VAMC), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL; Period of contract shall be from June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004 with four optional years. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB May 16, 2003. ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.=20 Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available May 2, 2003.
