Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing either existing or build-to-suit office and related space in Macon, Georgia suitable for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. REQUIRED: Approximately 18,404 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Offer must be for space in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a professional image. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following area: North: Bass Road to the intersection of Bass Road and Arkwright Road, South: Arkwright Road to the intersection of I-75, East: Arkwright Road, and West: I-75. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, beginning on January 2, 2004.
