- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Logistics Management Services, RFP2-38210, which was posted on April 21, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: NASA-ARC has determined that the competition for Logistics Management Services is limited to eligible 8(a) firms. Interested parties are encouraged to view the revised Draft SOW and Draft RFP Sections L and M. Questions and comments on the draft documents will be accepted through July 28, 2003. Interested parties are encouraged to view the "Status of Solicitation" document for a revised RFP schedule. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/ARC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=CL&pin=21 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
