- Single award term contract for period beginning Date of Award and ending September 30, 2004, plus up to 4 optional 12-month extension period(s). Composition, proofing, and testing will take place Date of Award through September 30, 2003: actual production begins October 1, 2003 for Social Security Administration. Copy pickup in Baltimore, MD. Approximately for FY 2004 1,383,000 est. forms. Printing in Black ink. Operations include composition, film making, printing/imaging (including computerized printing) in one ink color, duplex imaging (both sides of form), folding, inserting into envelopes, and distribution.
