Description

REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government is seeking to lease space requirements of 100,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet yielding a minimum of 85,000 BOMA Usable Square Feet of contiguous office and related space for existing leases for potential replacement. The Government will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and the other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on tenant agency mission and other variable to be determined by the Government will be considered in the relocation decision. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and/or combine multiple space requirements. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for commencement of tenant alteration no later than April 1, 2004. DELINEATED AREA: The space must be located within the following boundaries of the District of Columbia: Northern Boundary Eye St., NW between 9th St, N.W. and 21st St., NW.; Southern Boundary- Constitution Ave, N.W between 9th St, N.W. and 21st St, N.W.; Eastern Boundary - 9th St., NW. between New York Ave., NW. and Constitution Ave., NW; Western B4oundary - 21st St., NW between Eye St., NW and Constitution Ave., NW.
