- NAICS Code: 721120 In accordance with FAR Part 12, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Acquisition Management is seeking to procure hotel accommodations and meeting space in the Las Vegas, NV area. EPA requires hotel accommodations for 75 individuals at the per diem rate set forth in the Federal Travel Regulations for the period of November 16 - 19 (four nights) and Meeting Space for the period of November 16 through 20 (five days). The successful offeror shall also hold a block of an additional 225 rooms for the same time period at the same rate as the procured 75 rooms. The conference meeting space shall include: one large ballroom to accommodate 300 individuals with a reception area, and an additional eight (8) breakout meeting rooms to accommodate at least 50 individuals each. The breakout meeting rooms shall be able to be accessed from the large ballroom without having to leave the building. The contractor shall provide audiovisual equipment for the main ballroom and each breakout room. Light refreshments for the conference will be an option under the resultant purchase order. This procurement will be awarded using Full and Open Competition under NAICS Code 721120.
