- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to sole source award a purchase order for commercial items to Amgraf, Inc. For the following: (1) Amgraf?s OneForm Designer plus Software, Quantity (6 each), includes one year warranty which includes telephone support and software upgrades. Period: 08/01/2003 thru 07/31/2004. (2.) PDF Generator Module, Quantity (9 each), includes one year warranty which includes telephone support and software upgrades. Period: 08/01/2003 thru 07/31/2004. (3.) Adobe Type Manager Software, Quantity (6 each), includes one year warranty which includes telephone support and software upgrades. Period 08/01/2003 thru 07/31/2004. (4) Software service to have a new pantograph created. A pantograph is a repeated design within a defined box. They are usually used as background for security documents and checks. Amgraf provides stock pantographs with the OneForm Designer Plus software. Requesting that they create a new one so that we can keep a design element of the tax forms-the line sectioning or zipatone used to delineate where taxpayers should fill in data on the form, Quantity (1 each). Vendors who can provide the required services at prices, and terms and conditions, equal to or better than those which can be provided by Amgraf should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish this requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office with 10 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Any responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 700, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: David F. Smith III, A:P:I:E. Responses will be accepted by facsimile at (202)283-0610. Facsimile responses must contain signatures, arrive at the place and by the time specified in this synopsis and may not exceed 5 pages. The Government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of any facsimile information. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for same will be considered non-responsive. The reference number for this announcement is Q-3-QT-04-9X-C36-000. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Amgraf, Inc.
