- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-03-R-0039 to procure thirty (30) MK 44 Exercise and Training (E&T) target mines; one (1) MK 44 pattern; one (1) MK 44 mold; twenty-five (25) MK 50 E&T target mines; fifty-five (55) shipping containers; and procure spare parts. Estimated delivery date is 12 months after award of contract. The Navy intends to solicit and award a one-time buy, single award, firm fixed price contract for all items. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 326199, small business size is 500 employees. The estimated release date for the solicitation is 31 July 2003. Electronic copies of the solicitation may be obtained from the SPAWARE-Commerce website at http://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/ under SSC San Diego Open Solicitations. Hard copy versions of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will not be available.
