- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport has a requirement for the following material. CLIN 0001: 37 each, Connector, Circ, RC, in accordance with drawing C12323-0003 Rev J. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-03-Q-0216 which is ready for download on or about 17 July 2003 at this address: http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil . Select/click Request for Quotes, and N00253-03-Q-0216 will be listed with the list of available RFQ?s. This requirement is to be FOB Destination ? Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination with a required delivery date of 29 September 2003. Quotes/Offers are due no later than 28 July 03, 09:00 am Pacific Time. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Commercial Simplified Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Firms interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the required clauses, ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and may result in rejection. The solicitation document incorporates the p rovisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code 334417 and size standard of 500. The requirements are to be delivered by 29 Sept 03, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport , with FOB Destination. Responses shall be due no later than 0900 hours PT on 28 July 2003. Simplified Commercial Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement.
