- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis 50 each, Input and Output RF Connector Assemblies and 150 each, Contacts manufactured by Mega Industries, LLC, 28 Sanford Drive, Gorham, Maine 04038-2646. Mega Industries, LLC is considered the only qualified source due to the proprietary manufacture/design of Mega Industries? RF connector assemblies and contacts. The Request for Quote number is N00178-03-Q-1041. All items are to be provided FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at XDS11@nswc.navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed to (540) 653-7088 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS11H, Bldg. 183, Room 102, 17320 Dahlgren Rd., Dahlgren VA 2 2448-5100.
