- Description
- PROPELLER BALANCE ADAPTER KIT AND BALANCE INDICATOR KIT This acquisition is for 1 each Propeller Balance Adapter Kit (P/N 7A071) and Balance Indicator Kit (P/N 7BAL164) in support of the KC-130 Aircraft for which the Government does not own technical specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Marvel Manufacturing Company, Kinnelon, New Jersey is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the items needed. Firms that recognize and support the KC-130 are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government intends to procure this modification under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See Note 22
