Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, in Redwood City, CA is seeking to purchase 1 Volvo Penta Marine Diesel Engine with Sterndrive, Model KAD 44P EDC; 1 Volvo-Penta Marine Diesel Engine, Model KAD 43P without Sterndrive. The Government reserves the right to award only one of these items. Engine is replacing an existing Volvo-Penta Marine Diesel Engine, therefore engine and sterndrive must fit into existing space/opening in the boat. A request for quote will be issued. Anticipated award date is Sep 25, 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery will be to Redwood City, CA. All responses must be in writing by facsimile to the Contracting Officer at (650) 329-5114 or email vfriesner@usgs.gov. THIS PURCHASE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
