Description: DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial materials prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation No. 201813Q012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a Purchase Order using simplified acquisition procedures. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code #326199. The small business size is 500. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09(b). BACKGROUND: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Kofa National Wildlife Refuge, 356 West 1st Street, Yuma, Arizona 85364, requires underground fiberglass water storage tanks and fiberglass drinking troughs. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Price to include delivery to the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge: 1. 6 Each, 10,000 gallon fiberglass underground water storage tanks; approximately 8feet in diameter and 30feet long. 2. 3 Each, fiberglass drinking troughs, approximately 2000 gallons, to be buried in ground, approximate dimensions 16' long x 4' wide x 8' deep at deep end, shallowing up to 6" at shallow end at surface of the ground; fiberglass reinforced 2" x 6" construction. Quoted price will include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The provision at FAR 52.212-01, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, and FAR provision 52.212-02, Evaluation Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition, 52.212-03 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, the Clause at FAR 52.212-04, Contract Terms And Conditions-Commercial Items, and the Clause at FAR 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR 52.232-35, Designation of Office for Government Receipt of Electronic Funds Transfer Information. Evaluation of Commercial Items: the Government will award to the responsible offeror who conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. Vendors wishing to respond to this combined synopsis/RFQ should provide this office with the following: a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-03, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in the offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers.
