- NA CONCESSION SERVICES: Furnish labor, supervision, materials and equipment, transportation and any other essentials necessary to operate a full service catering concession within the Fort Sill Officers?????? and Senior NCOs?????? Club, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The concessionaire shall be required to cater the following types of functions: Government (Army) sponsored luncheons and events, military balls, local civic club sponsored luncheons and events. These types of functions may include concerts open to the general public and other large gatherings, which may attract up to 15,000 attendees. The solicitation provides additional information and requirements. This solicitation is a Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) procurement. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted 13 August 2003, 1300 hours (1:00 PM, CDST). Additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. The concession shall operate for the period of one (1) year after award. Contract period is from 1 October 2003 to 30 September 2004, with four one-year options. This is a no cost to the Government contract with a percentage of gross revenue to be paid to the NAFI. All revenue from the sale of catered items, less NAFI percentage, shall go to the contr actor. Option Year proposals shall reflect a minimum of .5% increase per year from the base percentage in the proposal, to be paid to NAFI. Estimated solicitation issue date is 01 August 2003. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to sub mit a proposal.
