Description

NA R--The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District has a requirement for the analyzation of existing skills of Project Managers throughout the Baltimore District as well as developing a standardized, widely accepted commercially, set of skills specif ically tailored for Project Managers to be used for training existing Project Managers as well as for hiring Project Managers throughout their organization. Contract award will be based on the following: demonstrated experience in providing similar type of product, experience with interpreting Army products (support forms, regulations, etc.), cost and ability to perform the work within the contract performance period of five months. The request for quotations can be downloaded from the website: https://e bs.nab.usace.army.mil. No oral or written requests for the rfq will be honored. The awardee must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All quotes can be faxed to Gloria Frost at 410-962-0933 by the bid due date, July 30, 2003. See Numbered Note 2 2 except change the forty-five (45) days to fourteen (14).
