- Description
- NA Red River Army Depot intends to issue a commercial item request for quote resulting in a requirements purchase order for track block rubber in support if its track rebuild program. Contract period will be 12 months after contract award. Items included ar e: T-107 ground side track block - est 65,000 ea; T-107 wheel side track block, est 65,000 ea; and T-142 wheel side track block - est 15,000 ea. The compounds used are 10A and 14L. The compound formulations will be provided after receipt of a nondisclosu re statement. Samples for first article testing (FAT) will be required. 5 blocks of each sample will be required for the FAT testing as cited in MTL-DTL-11891G. Firms interesting in receiving this solicitation may download if from the RRAD website at htt ps://www.redriver.army.mil/contract.htm. The RFQ should be available for download on or about 28 July 03. Firms downloading the RFQ are asked to notify William Horton at wlhorton@redriver-ex.army.mil for inclusion in a mailing list to ensure notification of any future amendments.
