- NA Upgrade Freight Elevator Number Four, Building 220, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Work shall consist of demolition of existing elevator, hardwired relay controls, call button, traveling cable, hoistway wiring, elevator motor, elevator brake and el evator microcontroller including brake, remove existing elevator cab gate and replace with new metal gates on both South & North end of car. Install new hall buttons, smoke detector, hoistway wiring, elevator AC motor, elevator DC brake, elevator controll er, elevator platform gates, overspeed governor, governor rope, governor tail sheave, main car operating panel. Install new motorized roof fan & dampers for hoistway, install new lights in elevator machine room. Install new conduit and conductors for 480 volt power wiring. The North Americ an Industry Classification for this requirement is 238290 - $12 Million. See Note 1 2.
