Description

NA Requirement was not offered to SBA for negotiation under the 8(a) set-side based on the fact that we have already fulfilled our 8(a) goals nor is there sufficient time to resolicit should fair and reasonable price not be obtained after lengthy and time con suming negotiations. Previous year-end history shows there is no guarantee the project will be funded. Therefore, requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program which sets this NAICS Code as unrestricted. This is not an HBC/MI project. All other above items have been suspended or are not applicable to this requirement.
