- NA Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, bond costs (bid, performance and payment), and any other items necessary to clear and grub trees and bushes growing on the Big Muddy Dam. It includes removing approximately 50 cu bic yards of concrete debris from the downstream slope of the dam and including grading, backfill and compaction to restore the original grade. Areas disturbed by construction will be seeded and mulched. Contractor shall also do the following for McFayde n Lake Dam: Clear and grub small trees and bushes around the concrete spillway outlet and remediate erosion around the spillway outlet by grading and installation of NC DOT Class 1 Riprap and seeding and mulching areas disturbed by construction. The Govern ment intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this effort. This acquisition is being set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237990, threshold of $27.5 million. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the internet at: https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccrinq/scripts/search.asp to register).
