Description

NA The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for Postwide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army at Fort Belvoir, VA. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, storage facilities, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all custodial services as specified in the performance work statement. This is a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside procurement. The Government intends t o award a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period beginning October 1, 2203 through September 30, 2004, with four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720 and the Size Standard is $14.0 Million. All prospective offero rs must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about August 1, 2003 and the solicitation number w ill be DABJ03-03-R-0017. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet only at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm. No hard copies will be available. N o solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment.
