- DUE TO CONDITION CHANGES, THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITAION IS HEREBY CANCELED THIS DATE 15 JULY 2003. A NEW SYNOPSIS/SOLICITAION IS ANTICIPATED AT A LATER DATE. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared IAW FAR 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA2543-03-Q-0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This advertised acquisition is 100% small business set-aside with North American Industrial Classification System Code 332312, and size standard 500 employees. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. 460 CONS/LGCA, Buckley AFB, CO, has a requirement for purchase of the following: Line item 0001: LMT Mezzanine. Free standing 14? x 22?, deck height 9?1-1/8? with 8? clearance. 1-1/8? tongue and grove (T&G) plywood decking, load capacity 125 # per square foot installed 6?from all walls, drawings are available on request. Location: building 1606, Buckley AFB, Aurora Co. 80012. Quantity: 1 EA. Estimate Delivery Date 30 days ARO. Contractor shall submit all applicable warranty information. The government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the government considering lowest price. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
