Description: It is the intention of AETC CONS to issue a sole source delivery order off of a GSA Schedule 18 July 2003 to purchase of a Meridian Learning Management System COMMERCIAL software license to expand AETC?s current Advanced Distributive Learning (ADL) services. Currently AETC?s ADL courseware and student database are hosted with Meridian?s LMS. The sole source justification is based on FAR 6.302-1 ? Only one responsible source will satisfy AETC?s requirement without incurring a substantial duplication of costs that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
