Description

Luke AFB proposes to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Bauer, Inc., 175 Century Drive, Bristol, CT 06010-7482, for the installation of an integrated air-cooled chiller as a peripheral modification to an F-100 Spray Ring Flow Tester acquired under Air Force Contract F33657-99-D-2051. Bauer, Inc. is deemed to possess the required expertise and capability to perform this work as the firm was the developer/manufactuer of this asset. Work shall include, but not limited to purchase and install integrated air-cooled chiller to provide cooling to the spray ring flow tester; make final electrical connections to existing 460V supply; install, test and set into initial operation the chiller unit and spray ring flow tester; perform equipment calibration and provide on-site training. Award is anticipated no later than 31 Jul 03.
