- Description
- A firm-fixed price contract award will be contemplated. This procurement will be conducted as a 100 percent small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110. The size standard is 12 million dollars. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Description of CLIN 0001 Service Non-Personal: QTY (300 EA) Furnish all labor, parts, facilities and transportation necessary for Concrete Jersey Barriers with two loops on top and slots on the bottom to enable forklift to pick up. Barriers must be tan in color and 10 feet in length. Barriers will be cast on location and will be marked with reflective tape. The solicitation along with photos will be issued electronically on or about July 18, 2003 at the website www.eps.gov. (Or, This notice is being issued concurrently with the solicitation). Paper copies will not be available. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR registration center at 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to Lauren.devin@holloman.af.mil or fax to 505-572-7333 which shall be considered by the agency if received no later then 28 July 2003 at 3:00 pm mountain time. All responsible sources must submit the SF 1449 Request for Quote (RFQ), including the FAR Clause 52.212-3, ?Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items,? which shall be considered by the agency.
