- Description
- Request for Transient Aircraft Maintenance Services. Contractor should provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all items necessary except those specified as government furnished, to recover, service, coordinate for repair and launch transient aircraft seven days a week. Normal hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday, 0700-2100 hours and 0800-1800 Saturday and Sunday. Transient Aircraft Maintenance is designated as a mission critical service that will require continued performance during a declared crisis. Hours of operation may be extended up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Basic performance period for this contract is 1 October 2003 thru 30 September 2004 with seven option years. THIS PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE UNDER THE NAICS 488190. Small business size standard is $6 million. The solicitation will be posted on the EPS web site (www.eps.gov). PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITAION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. You may not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (REF: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
