- Issue date is now 7/14/2003 with a bid opening scheduled for 8/13/2003 @ 2:30PM local time (EST). Spec book to be downloaded from the bos web page. Drawings must be requested in writing from the COntracting Officer either by mail or email. There is no charge for the drawings however they will be issued on a first come first serve basis (20 CD's available for issue). All checks received will be returned.
