- Maintenance Service covering Elevators at VA Medical Center, Leestown Road and Cooper Drive Divisions, Lexington, KY, for the period October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, with options to extend for four (4) additional one-year periods. basis. North American Industrial Classification No. 235950, with a size standard of $12 million, is applicable, and shall be non-restrictive. In accordance with FAR Part 13.5, a written Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued approximately July 31, 2003 as a commercial services procurement, and will be available at no cost from the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Offerors will need to click on the RFQ 596-06-04 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
