- Description
- Contractor shall provide sodium chloride rock salt, Type I water condition grade, in accordance with A-694B, DTD 6-22-83 and ANSI/AWWA, B-200-78 to the VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. This is a commercial item procurement prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. A written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Numbered Note number one (1) applies. The duration of this contract will be for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four (4) years renewal option. All requests for solicitation must be in writing. Only written or fax requests are accepted.
