- Description
- Furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, hardware, and software to establish and demonstrate reliable, cost-effective procedures to measure ground movement using Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) and to develop technology to fit the needs of the FHWA. Work includes, but is not limited to, literature review and investigation, development of the project plan and implementation of the technology, InSAR, and preparation and presentation of the final work product. The contractor will be required to coordinate all access to satellites to collect the specific InSAR information and provide image processing software to merge and analyze the collected data sets. The SOW will be available for download from the federal business opportunities web page on July 30. All interested vendors MUST register through Federal Business Opportunities <http://www.eps.gov/spg/DOT/FHWA/68/postdate_1.html> in order to receive solicitation documents. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals are due no later than 2:30 PM September 3, 2003. All questions regarding the solicitation must be in writing and directed to Ms. LeeAnn Bush. Mail proposals to the Contracting Office address shown in the Request For Proposal, Block 7, Standard Form 33.
