- Description
- This work includes, but is not limited to, Construction of a new 780 = square foot guard house (concrete foundation and slab, concrete masonary un= its, cement framing, standing seam metal roof, metal stud and drywall parti= tions, HVAC, plumbing and electrical Systems). Construct new ARTCC Facilit= y entrance, exit, parking areas and related site work (asphalt pavement, co= ncrete curbs/gutters, drainage structures and expanded storm water detentio= n pond). Construct parking lot area lighting, supports for closed circuit = TV cameras (security equipment will be installed by others)and underground = utilities. Construct perimeter chain link security fencing. Install inter= ior electrical and conduit systems in ARTCC building (for security equipmen= t to be installed by others). Demolish old guard house, driveways and util= ities. All work shall be accomplished without interruption to access and o= peration of the ARTCC Facility. Contract Performance Period: 150 Calendar= Days; Estimated Construction Cost: $1,000,000.00 - $1,500,000.00.
