- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to contract with Productivity Services, Inc., (PSI) Annandale, Virginia, to train managers at ATF?s National Tracing Center (NTC) on productivity improvement. This requirement is a follow-on action to be awarded under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b). The initial action was a productivity improvement analysis purchase order awarded to PSI in 2001. The contracting officer deems PSI to be the only source reasonably available to impart the findings of the previous contractual action. The NAICS Codes is 611430 with a small business size standard of $5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitation document is available.
