- This notice hereby cancels Presolicitation Notice R-ATL-01723, Single Family Special Property Inspections (SPI) for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), Atlanta Homeownership Center (HOC). This procurement is postponed until FY 2004 to allow time for the Statement of Work to be converted to a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Based contract. Vendors are encouraged to check this site for the future annoucement of this requirement as well as other HUD solicitations.
