- --It is the intent of the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service to acquire the continuation of halfway house services located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Juel Fairbanks Chemical Dependency Services in accordance with 41 USC 253 (C) (5) and FAR 6.302-5 and Public Health Service Acquisition 380.5 for eligible Indian clients. This RFP is a Buy-Indian set-aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47) and will be issued approximately June 26, 2003. A contract will be awarded for one base year with four (4), one-year options, period of performance: September 30 - September 29.
