- The U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Pittsburgh PA intends to issued a Sole Souse Purchase Order to Harbor Branch Oceanographic Fort Pierce FL, for providing a research vessel and a manned submersible for a period of 10 days beginning August 13, 2003 through August 22, 2003, to support a program researching gas hydrates.
