Description
SUPPLIES SOURCES SOUGHT. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Central Administration Support Center (CASC), National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) has a requirement for 20 each dehydrator/pressurization units, W/G regen heaterless, 5PS1G, Dielectric Communications, P/N 19331, Model HA4, P/N 1213660-201 in accordance with drawing 1213660 Rev. E and 5 each dehydrator/pressurization unit, WG regenerative, heaterless, dual output, Unisys P/N 1217035-201, Dielectric Comm. P/N 40327, Model HA-4X2 in accordance with drawing 1217035 Rev. D. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one known source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The company is Dutch Valley Supply, 970 Progress Center Avenue, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In order to be considered, firms must furnish detailed information concerning their capability to provide this product. Such information shall include at a minimum: name; telephone number and point of contact; ability to provide the above referenced units and the names and telephone numbers of firms to whom this product or similar products have been previously provided. The Central Administrative Support Center (CASC), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov/. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting the information requested above referencing Request for Quotation No. WC133W-03-RQ-0222PAY. NAICS code 334511 applies. If no qualified responses are received, the Government intends to contract with Dutch Valley Supply for the required supplies.
