- This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency (NOAA) which has a requirement for a TROPICAL ATLANTIC SURFACE VELOCITY PROGRAM DRIFTING BOUYS (DRIFTERS) WITH MINI-DROGUES. This combined solicitation/announcement is hereby amended to replace the following sentence: ""Proven history shall consist of 10 holey-sock Mini-Drogue drifters, transmitting for over 180 days without drogue loss" to "Proven history shall consist of 10 holey-sock drifters equipped with mini-drogue, transmitting for over 180 days without drogue loss. The Response Date for submission of a quotation is hereby extended from 2:00 pm CST July 15, 2003 to 10:00 am CST July 22, 2003. 100% Small Business Set-Aside offerors are required to submit acknowledgement of all amendments with the quotation.
