- Description
- Contractor shall furnish and replace storefront windows at the Blanchard Springs Visitor Infomormation Center. This project will be divided into two pay items. The upper windows will be included int he first pay item and the lower windows will be included in the second pay item. If submitted bids are higher than the estimate, the Government may award only the first pay item in the solicitation. The project is located on the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, Sylamore Ranger Disrict, Stone County, Arkansas. The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. The contract time for this project is 45 calendar days. This project is open to large and small businesses. A 20% bid bond guarantee is required. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. The estimated range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The date for a site visit will be listed in Section L of the Solicitation package. This is an Invitation for Bids(Sealed Bid) and will be available for download from this site on or about July 18, 2003.
