- Description
- The project consists of asphalt pavement and base/sub grade excavation, lime stabilization of sub grade, placing geogrid, placing crushed limestone base, prime coating limestone base, placing hot mix asphalt, topsoil and seeding placement, and pavement markings. This project is located on the National Forest and Grasslands in Texas, Walker County. The NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. The contract time for this project is 60 calendar days. This project is open to large and small businesses. A 20% bid bond guarantee is required. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. The estimated range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The date for a site visit will be listed in Section L of the Solicitation package. This is an Invitation for Bids(Sealed Bid) and will be available for download from this site on or about July 18, 2003.
