- Description
- The project consists of Spring Lake Bathhouse Renovation which is the removal and replacement of the roof, flooring, interior block plumbing walls, exterior doors and frames, windows and frames, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, water and sewer piping, electrical fixtures, wiring, conduit, and panel boxes, as well as some exterior stones walls, as noted in drawings. The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. The contract time for this project is 120 calendar days. This project is open to large and small businesses. A 20% bid bond guarantee is required. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. The estimated range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The date for a site visit will be listed in Section L of the Solicitation package. This is an Invitation for Bids (Sealed Bid) and will be available for download from this site on or about July 18, 2003.
