- IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS, THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AND PRINT. The contract will facilitate the reconstruction of the existing timber bridge at Grouse Creek. Construction will involve sediment control, cofferdam construction, removal of the existing bridge, supply and reconstruction of a new timber bridge and all associated lumber and hardware, haul and placement of riprap aprons, ford closure and rehabilitation, and seeding and mulching of the site. Also included is the supply and construction of an aggregate surface and paving of the bridge and approaches, as well as other incidental items necessary for the completion of the project. The project is located 32 miles north of McCall, Idaho on Warren Wagon Road. Turn north (left) onto FDR 325. Travel 2.9 miles to the bridge site. Pit and stockpile locations will be identified on the site map. Estimated start date is July 14, 2004 with 60 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $100,000.00.00 and $250,000.00. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
