- PR No: LTC03182012860; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a P-3 & C-130 Aircraft Light Plate. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are 2 approved sources of supply for this item: Litton Systems, Inc., Cage 99251, Supreme Edgelight Devices, Inc, Cage 13774. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 1660-00-967-3664: Litton Systems, Cage 99251 P/N: 1611735-1, Revision ?AK?. AEQ: 309 each for the base year and 240 each for all option years. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 139 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 8 August 2003. The anticipated award date is 10 October 2003. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
