Issue Date: July 31, 2003, Closing Date: September 02, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 651 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 628 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 242 days ARO. Subject item is in accordance with Mil Spec Mil-G-16356D dated 12/18/87. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
