Electronic (05624) P/N SLYC 53186 and Eaton Aerospace LLCDIV (99145) P/N 100000-5. Qty 228 ea to be delivered to Stockton CA (AQ5)400 days after date of award. Qty 250 ea to be delivered to New Cumberland PA (SNC)400 days after date of award. Qty 120 ea to be delivered to Jacksonville FL (NBZ) 400 days after date of award. Qty 57 ea to be delivered to Jacksonville FL (NBZ) 400 days after date of award. Qty 45 ea to be delivered to San Diego CA (NDZ) 400 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 3010-00-127-4574 option qty 700 each. Item 9906 Government First Article Test (FAT) qty 1 (consists of 9 pieces) TE 60 days. See clauses I44 and I44a for information concerning the FAT requirement and test report. Item 9910 Special Test (PLT) qty 9 EA. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities.
