- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601- 03-T-0179, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solici- tation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 54138. The small business size standard is $6 million. This RFQ has one line item. 1425 EA Padfolios - Two-piece Set consisting of a zippered padfolio and personal digital assistant. The set must be packaged along with a pen provided by the Air Force in a transparent material with award identification information showing. (This information will also be provided by the Air Force) Description of items: 1. Black micro fiber zippered- closure padfolio 10 ½” high by 13 ½” wide by 2 ¾” deep. Zippered gusseted front pocket, interior organizer with Accessory pocket, removable CD case, removable 1 ¼” three ring binder and a 8 ½” x 11” writing pad. Leather debossed USAF logo to be placed on front of padfolio. 2. Touch screen personal digital assistant (PDA) with 384 kb and PC sync capability. SAMPLE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH BID. The Government will make an award from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government. Evaluation factors are price, technical, quality, delivery time and past performance. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. By submission of a quote the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
