- Description
- Work shall consist of interior painting, interior vinyl floor replacement, interior carpet replacement, addition of paneling to ceiling, remodeling dining area by removing a wall and finishing area, and remodeling a bathroom updating all bath fixtures. Five (5) residential buildings and one (1) office building. This project will consist of a Base Bid Item and two Additive/Deductive Items. Price range: $25,000 - $100,000.
