- This acquisition for Synthetic Decking and Batterboards will be a HUBzone sole source per FAR 19.1306, resulting in a firm fixed price commercial contract using simplified acquisition procedures, to Ultra Poly, Inc. Batterboards must comply with commercial item description (CID) A-A-59001. Decking must comply with CID A-A-59488. Anticipated delivery 31 July 2003. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
